The USRC Annual Conference & Exhibition is
April 12 & 13, 2012 at the Davis Confenence Center in Layton
Payments for Vendor Pre-Registration Booth Rental can be made now through March 1, 2012. After that, a $60 late fee will be added. Reserve your booth now.
Booths will be available at the conference site for a rental fee of $450.00 if you participated at the 2011 annual conference, $500.00 if not. A $65.00 fee will be assessed as per conference center charges for electrical connections. A late fee of $60.00 will be assessed for any registration forms postmarked after March 1, 2012. An 8ft table will be provided at the site. Please advise us if you have any additional booth requirements.
We have made an important change in the schedule this year that will impact you as a vendor. No vendor breaks will be taken during the day on Thursday. Instead, during lunch each vendor will be given three minutes of open mic time. Then on Thursday evening from 5-7pm all conference participants will go to the vendor area together. Every effort will be made to have department managers join us then as they will be invited for a manager’s breakout session just prior. Food will be served during the vendor reception Thursday evening. Some additional vendor break time will be offered on Friday morning.

As in previous years, payments may be made via PayPal. Regardless of the payment method used, we ask that your company complete and return the enclosed rental agreement.
